CohesionLink
A roster is not a cohort. Putting people in the same room does not mean they arrive connected. Programs that depend on trust—executive education, leadership intensives, high-stakes team offsites—often waste the first day on introductions that could have happened earlier.
CohesionLink is cohort and team intelligence for programs that need people to arrive already connected. It maps people, history, and upcoming moments so the time together can go deeper from the start.
The question behind the product
Can a group see the relationships that will matter before they are in the same place? That is the design question for CohesionLink. The useful view is not a directory. It is who is connected, what they share, what they bring, and what is about to happen in the program calendar.
Executive and professional programs are a sharp test. Participants are busy, status-aware, and short on time. Facilitation quality depends on whether the room already has a shared map of experience and intent. CohesionLink is built to create that map without turning networking into a feed of empty prompts.
Relational intelligence is the backbone: the value is in the relationships among people and moments, not in a static profile page for each attendee.
Where it is being proven
The live Tuck and Northwestern programs are where we are proving CohesionLink. Those environments give us real cohorts, real schedules, and real facilitation needs—conditions a slide deck cannot simulate.
A public Tuck demo is available for a clickable walkthrough of the experience. That demo host is a program surface; the PineWoodsAI product narrative and company home remain on www.pinewoodsai.com. External program sites should point back to the www host, not the apex domain.
Pilot status means we are learning what facilitators and participants actually use. Features that look clever in isolation and die in a busy program week do not survive.
What success looks like
Success is not more messages sent before the event. Success is a room that starts further along: people who know whom to seek out, facilitators who can see clusters and gaps, and a shared sense of why the cohort is together.
Those outcomes transfer. Any organization that repeatedly gathers people who should already know each other’s context—partners, customers, internal leaders—has a version of this problem. CohesionLink is how we explore the product shape before generalizing the offer.
